What time can I arrive?
Opening and closing times are listed on each individual event.
I am using a different car to the one I booked. Can I change the details?
Yes, as you will be provided with a unique booking reference once your order is complete. Please present your email confirmation to the attendant showing this reference number.
I cannot pre-book the event I am looking for. Why not?
The car park is now fully booked. Always book early to avoid disappointment.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my space?
Refunds will be given on cancellation of a parking space minus a £5 admin charge. Please note cancellations or refunds will not be accepted within 48 hours of an event date.
Can I get a refund should a concert/event be cancelled?
Yes, a full refund will be given.
